H.E. Amal Al-Haddabi

H.E. Amal Al Haddabi has more than 15 years service at the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, which is one of the leading research centers in the Middle East.

H.E. Amal is a multiple award-winner, with a proven track record in strong leadership, strategic planning, team building and project management in the fields of political and social affairs.

She is a technological visionary with executive and hands-on experience in accomplishing highly specialized, multimillion dollar projects.

She has served as Managing Editor and Editor-in-Chief of a number of key scientific journals and is a writer of weekly articles in different newspapers and news portals. She was Adviser to the Director General of Abu Dhabi Education Council. Since 2015, Ms Amal has acted as Adviser to the Speaker of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates.

She is the Founder and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Positive Cancer Foundation and manages its overall programs of awareness throughout the Gulf region.

H.E. Amal has been conferred with many prestigious honors and awards by several prominent national and international institutions and organizations in the field of leadership and technical expertise. These include: The Leadership Award by Princess Haya Women’s Forum, ICT Woman of the Year 2009 Award across the Middle East, Certificate of Acknowledgement from Kuwait Information Technology Society, Two Degrees and a Special Upgrade from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and President of the ECSSR.
