Dr. Christian Koch participated in the discussion on “The Role of Non-State Actors in the Western Balkans” organized by the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies in Brussels. The event featured a discussion on the influence of non-state actors, such as Russia, Turkey, China and the Gulf countries within the Balkan region in particular in line of the recent decision by the EU not to proceed with accession talks with North Macedonia and Albania for the moment.
