Dr. Christian Koch held a meeting with H.E. Alsada Yousuf Khalifa, the Ambassador of the Brussels Delegation of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC). Dr. Koch and H.E. Amb. Khalifa discussed areas of potential cooperation and engaged in an assessment of the current state of EU-GCC relations.
