SUBDUED RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER TOURS GULF STATES

Russia’s foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, toured the Gulf states last week, visiting: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
